Provide communications advice and support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team in scoping and delivering the organisation-wide restructure.

• Project Management, including project documentation and critical path.
• Business cases to secure additional government funding and staff.
• Refreshed strategic plan, supported by all-staff planning sessions.
• Governance documentation, including committee structures and terms of reference.
• Human resources and internal communications assets, including intranet, job descriptions and ads.
• Stakeholder liaison.
