Pip has worked at the junction of public policy and communications for 25 years. Her career highlights include working as an Australian diplomat in Germany and Switzerland, the award-winning Town of Nowhere advocacy campaign, and serving as Chief of Staff for Julian Leeser MP.

With a background including economic development, community services, tourism and government, Pip has worked with public and private organisations of all sizes and at all levels of government. She has served on executive leadership teams, reporting to CEOs and Boards.

In the past decade she has successfully grown the profile and impact of several senior government and not-for-profit leaders. 

Pip’s creative and strategic approach translates business objectives into outcomes. She has extensive experience supporting organisations going through change, whether the rapid growth experienced as a start-up business or the opportunities provided through re-structuring.

Pip holds a Master of Arts (International Relations) and Bachelor of Economics (Hons). She also has a Certificate in Strategic Communications in Society with the London School of Economics, and a Certificate in Project Management with the Australian Institute of Management.
